Over the last week the Union has put on two, three day grievance handling courses. The Union would like to thank all of its members who participated. Each of these course had close to 20 members, which was a very impressive turnout as these members came on their days off. The discussion leader was Kieran McArthur from Prince George, he was very knowledgeable and passionate about the training material that he taught making it easy to take in the information. The Union looks forward to have Kieran at the hall again with his vast knowledge. The Union wants to keeps this momentum up with training by having more courses organized in April for safety stewards. The Union believes that the more trained members we have the stronger we are as a membership.
